Fields of translations
I translate and interpret mainly in the following fields: engineering, mechanical engineering,
software localization, extreme sports, economy, banking, tobacco industry, brewing industry and many other.
Among my clients are companies as NEWTON I.T., Hewlett-Packard, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Hypernova, Makro, G.E., Lomac,
Run Interactive, B1,EUROPE PRO, Spring Agency, Nova sport, Extreme Sports Channel and others.
Delivery terms
I usually deliver my translations in a form of an attachment to e-mail message in the shortest possible time.
Generally, I can guarantee to translate 8 norm pages a day. One norm page means 1800 characters (spaces included).
This feature of the document in formats .doc or .rtf is available by clicking on TOOLS/WORDCOUNT.
Format of input and output files
The most common formats for translations are text files in formats .doc or .rtf (Microsoft Word).
In case of input files, I am able to work with a wide variety of materials, including Trados translations (but I have older version only - Trados 3 Freelance)
Output format depends on the client. My abilities concerning layout and DTP are limited, though.
With materials delivered in not-electronic form, the client has to count with 10% surcharge.
